Cancellation Policy:
Please allow 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee to their account, or $100 for any appointments with Dr. Crisci. No appointment will be booked until that balance has been paid.
If you arrive late for your appointment the treatment time will be reduced to stay on schedule. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be rescheduled, which will be considered as a cancellation.
